How To Make Sourdough English Muffins

January 4, 2023 by Maggie Leave a Comment

Here you will learn how to make sourdough english muffins, one of my (and my family’s) most favorite sourdough recipes to make and eat. This recipe calls for an active sourdough starter. If you do not already have a sourdough starter, you can purchase a dehydrated one here. You’ll be ready to bake with it in a few days.

These sourdough english muffins are simple and easy to make with an active and bubbly sourdough starter. You must feed your starter before mixing the dough, and if you need guidance on how to do that, you can read my article here about feeding and maintaining a sourdough starter.
